What time should my cart be out?
By 6 a.m. on your pickup day, lid closed, handle facing your house.
How do I pay my bill?
Tap "Pay my bill" at the top of any page. You can pay once or turn on AutoPay with a card or bank account.
What if you miss my pickup?
Let us know and we'll come back within one business day. If we don't, that pickup is free.
Can I pause service while I'm away?
Yes. Send us a message with your dates and we'll pause billing and pickups.
